Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched same day via DPD on a next ‘working day’ service, Monday - Thursday.
On Sunday orders will need to be placed before 1.30pm for next day delivery.

Returns
If you are looking to return your purchase, it must be returned within 14 days from delivery for a full refund. We do not accept fridge line products.
- We are unable to accept returns unless they can be deemed:
- Faulty
- Incorrect product
- Not fit for purpose
- If you receive an incorrect, faulty or unfit for purpose product, please do not dispose of said product. If the product has been disposed of, AO will be not able to replace or refund the product.
